Once we are contacted for a placement request, we schedule a call with your agency coordinator to ensure that we have a clear understanding of exactly how many beds and any specific unit features the client will need, as well as ensure that they understand the requirements on their end that have to be met prior to placement. Once the client has working power, we will deliver the agreed upon unit on the agreed upon date and walk through how to use everything.  We will handle any problems via the utilization of contracted mobile RV techs that may arise with the unit during the rental period.  Once the rental period ends, we will schedule and pick up the unit.
